| Format | 100% online, via a secure HIPAA-compliant video platform (no in-person option currently) |
| Individual therapy | $200 per 50-minute session |
| Clinical supervision | 60-minute sessions |
| Availability | Monday–Thursday, mornings through afternoon (PST) |
| Insurance | In-network with Lyra and Modern Health. For other insurance, I’m an out-of-network provider. I can give you a monthly superbill to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Check with your carrier about your out-of-network benefits first. |
